- Dancy has been waiting more than 21 years for the chance to obtain permanent resident status. Through Attorney Pérez, Dancy was able to become a lawful permanent resident. She waited for USCIS to process her application for about a year. She plans to return to Pérez Law in about 5 years so she can pursue her dream of US citizenship.
